Fish & Co, Paradigm Mall, Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya

Fish & Co. Restaurant served fresh seafood in a pan. My first visit to Fish & Co was 3 years ago in Singapore. I was awe by the large portion of fish, rustic nautical ambiance settings and of course eating from a pan!

Combo Arctic Fish and Grilled Peri-peri Chicken with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
I took my mother to Fish & Co at Paradigm as she likes to eat fish. We tried the Combo Arctic fish. Arctic fish is fried just nice with soft juice is intact. Grilled chicken is healthy. The accompanied seasonal vegetables are delicious with tasty mushrooms.

Grilled Salmon with Prawn Fritters

Why do they serve from a pan? Well, the story behind it is they got the inspiration from experiences of fishermen cooking freshly caught fish from the sea on board their boats and just ate it from the pan! Being out in the open sea, this is the most practical way to eat. So this unique experience is brought to us by Fish & Co now in the comfort of ambience and cool air-conditioned restaurant. For the imaginative person, we can get the feel of being in the boat with the decor of fishes and anchors.

Grilled Pollock with peri-peri sauce with coleslaw and chips
I find the Peri-peri sauce a tart too spicy. Maybe I should opt for sambal sauce as it may be more of local taste.

I like The "complete your meal" special of RM8.95 which consist of Cream of Mushroom soup and choice of either of their signature drink of Kola Tonic or Passion Fruit. The cream of mushroom is creamy and with just the right thickness.

All the seafood is prepared preserving the natural taste and wholesome ingredients of herbs, olive oil and various spices.

I ate in Fish & Co at Paradigm Mall, Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya. There are four of us, and we ordered three combo plus two "complete your Meal". The bill comes to RM108.10, but we were given a 10% off as one us had her birthday on the exact day we ate, hehe. We not only felt very full but we were also "Hooked" as they said "One bite, You're Hooked"
