Light fruit cake: Apples with Sultanas Cake

Baking is my way of getting out of stress. When the cake turns out beautifully, I feel happy. And happier still when it taste nice!

So, I baked this Apple with sultanas cake last Sunday.


    3 cups flour
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 cups sugar

  1 cup of Canola or Salad oil
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp of soda bicarbonate
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon powder

    3 green apples - peeled and cubed
    3/4 cups sultanas (golden raisins or mixed raisins also can)
    40g ground hazelnut

1. Mix the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate powder, cinnamon, salt and sugar well.
2. Break in the eggs one by one.
3. Pour in the oil slowly and stir until well mix.
4. Stir in the B ingredients.
5. Pour into prepared 9in baking tray
6. Bake in preheat oven of 180 C for 50 mins or until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Can be baked as cup cake ^-^
