Yetian Ancient Village is a traditional village that showcase the Miao and Li tribes folklore. I features coconut forest, handmade silver jewelry and appliances, stilted houses and ancient culture.





In Yetian Village there are vast canopies of coconut trees. Therefore the name Yetian derives from the literally translated word of Ye which means coconut and Tian means field.



It is divided into seven (7) zones of Li and Miao Folklore, Ancient Culture zone, Stilted Houses Zone, Silver Handcraft Zone, Peculiar Custom Zone and Coconut Zone.



Yetian Ancient Village is located near the Eastern Highway exit of Lingshui county. This village is 30 km away from Sanya and 50 km from Sanya Phoenix International Airport.
Admission is 158 Yuan and free for children under 1.2m. Opening hours: 7.30 am - 5.30 pm.


I took a 4 days 3 nights Hainan Island tour package (Haikou, Qiong Hai, Sanya) from Malaysia which costs RM1988 inclusive of air flight, hotels, entrance and boat rides and meals.
