Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) this year offered an array of colours of Ramadan for 2022. The culinary team under this Centre's Executive Chef, Hisham bin Jafaar, presents signature kampung-inspired dishes from all corners of the country. 

 Executive Chef, Hisham Bin Jafaar, shared, “This Ramadan, diners at our buka puasa and Hari Raya open house events will enjoy an experience to remember with delicious dishes specially prepared by our award-winning culinary team. Menus will include mum’s authentic ‘Ayam masak rose badam kayu manis’; ‘Hirisan kambing salai kuah lemak cili api bersama rebung madu’; ‘Sup reneh daging rempah basah cili kicap’; ‘Rendang pedas kambing berempah bersama pucuk ubi dan daun kunyit’and others.” There will also have "goreng-goreng" stations of local fruits such as cempedak, pisang, keladi, sukun, keropok lekor. Local deserts to sweeten diners' palatte such as sago gula Melaka, Ais Batu Campur (ABC), bubur jagung manis, tapai pulut, santan pandan and other local fruits. 




There will be "Chef Action Stations" for diners' experience where local delights such as Satay- Beef and Chicken are prepared there and then, stations of Penang Char Kway Teow, Hainanese chicken rice are prepared a la minute. The "buka puasa" menu in this colors of Ramadan also includes contemporary international cuisines such as Portuguese baked fish, Indonesian-style meehoon sup,  Ayam Penyet and the Centre’s famous roasted Harissa whole lamb served with sauce and condiments.



At Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), this colors of Ramadan offers sumptuous 5 - star cuisine to diners. Price is RM145 nett per person and for corporate bookings are available from 4 to 30 April 2022. There are two menu choices: The delectable Ramadan Al Mubarak and the exquisite Ramadan Al Kareem - where clients can personalise the various 'Chef Action Station" add-ons. 
Hari Raya open house menu is also available at the price of RM190 nett per person and corporate bookings are open from 6-31 March 2022. 
KLCC also has flexible buka puasa and open house events for corporate or individuals. Therefore, it is so much easier if you plan to hold open house for your company, or for large gatherings where you don't have the headache of cleaning up too. A minimum of 100 pax and with prices start from RM100 per person. Guests can go eat at KLCC, after that go shopping at Suria KLCC!


The Centre offers Ramadan guests a designated prayer room, prayer mats, sandals, on-site ablution facility and an Imam to lead Muslims in their Maghrib, Isya’ and Tarawih prayers, allowing guests to comfortably perform their religious duties before breaking fast.

Muslims can enjoy their meal with peace of mind as all five of this venue's kitchens are Halal certified by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM). The five kitchens are Chinese, Western, Cold, Pastry and Malay kitchens.
