Ramadan Buffet Dorsett Hartamas 2024- Sinaran Dorsett with special Guest Dato Chef Ismail

Year 2024 starts with an exciting and totally mesmerising and unforgettable Malaysian culinary adventure at Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur's Ramadan Buffet. 

Buffet for the Ramadan "breaking of fast" and Raya's dinner has always been a deliciously grand occasion every year, but this year it is even more super duper delicous and exciting!

This year's Sinaran Dorsett at Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur presents not only the usual buffet but has a few signature dishes from Dato' Chef Ismail, our one and only Tourism Malaysia's Culinary Ambassador!

In collaboration with Dato’ Chef Ismail, the world-renowned celebrity chef, Dorsett Hartamas proudly presents Sinaran Dorsett, a showcase of not only the finest of specialities by Dato’ Chef Ismail such as Ayam Golek Istana and Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api to name two of his renowned dishes but also dazzling array of sumptuous local favourites by resident Chef Ahmad and his team. I tried the Ayam Golek Istana and it is really heavenly indeed. Also the Badak Berendam by Chef Ismail, a traditional sweet dessert made from glutinous rice flour balls filled with gula melaka, and coconut milk broth. Yes, it is also one of my favourite desserts and I will not miss any 'Badak Berendam' from now onwards! 

 Dato’ Chef Ismail will be making special appearances on 16th, 23rd and 30th March; and on 6th April from 7pm. Be sure to book your seats on these days to be up close and personal with our very

own celebrity chef.

That’s not all.  From Monday to Thursday, the 2-piece ensemble Monocort takes center-stage and local designers from the Malaysian Bumiputra Designer Association namely Kashfi Zulkufli, Obi Trends, The Melis, Kalima, Ghadeez, Thalia, Lady Qomash and Ilham Echenta will showcase a series of their exquisite creations to add touch of finesse to your coming Raya celebration.

Want to catch up with your favourite designers?  Make sure to make your reservations for 15^th and 16^th Mar, 22^nd and 23^rd Mar and from 29^th to 30tth Mar 2024 at Table Talk @Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur. Showtime is at 8.15 pm on 15^th – 16^th Mar, 22^nd – 23^rd Mar and from 29^th -30^th Mar 2024 at Table Talk. The designers will also have their very own pop-up designer booths @Mezzanine Floor of Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur.

For your fur-babies celebrating the Raya occasion, be sure to check out the lovely designs under the Fluffy Land label and scents for homes by Tassia Scents. The pop-up booths are open daily from 13^th March to 6^th April; 5 pm to 9 pm.

Sinaran Dorsett buffet dinner is available 13th Mar to 7th April 24; priced at RM168 nett

(Adults) and RM138 nett for senior citizens 60 years and above; children between 4-12

years old.
