Ramadan Buffet 2020, Hidangan Idaman Sekeluarga @ Berjaya Times Square Hotel, KL


The holy month of Ramadhan is approaching, thus Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur is pleased to present Ramadan 2020 promotions with the theme of Hidangan Idaman Sekeluarga at Big Apple Restuarant and Nasi Briyani Gam Batu Pahat (Chicken or Lamb) at Ground Floor Lobby. Both of these promotions will run through the entire month of Ramadan, that is from 27th April 2020 to 22nd May 2020.


Spear headed by  Chef Yusoff, the highly illustrious Malay Cuisine Chef, and an assembly of expert chefs preparing extraordinary delectable traditional Malay dishes, Hidangan Idaman Sekeluarga have special highlights from different states of Malaysia such as Kedah's Kari Kelapa Ikan, Kelantan's Ayam Percik, Perak's Uncle Bakri Fried Chicken, Penang's Daging Masak Hitam, Johor's Ikan Merah Asam Pedas, Negeri Sembilan's Ketam Masak Lemak, Wilayah Persekutuan's Aneka Sup and Kharouf Ouzi, Whole Lamb Lebanese Style.

This Ramadan buffet 2020 serves more than 200 dishes with an array of many main Malay dishes. Malay Appetizer and International dishes.
Malay Appetizers are:
 * Halaman Ulam Ulam with assorted Malay local salads such as Sambal Belacan, Budu, Cincaluk, Sambal Tempoyak, Cili Padi Kicap, Air Asam, Sambal Mangga, Sambal Penyet, and Sambal Tauruk. 


* Aneka Kerabu Serta Ikan Masin such as Kerabu Nangka, Kerabu Kacang Botol, Kerabu Pucuk Paku, Kerabu Kaki Ayam, Ikan Masin Sepat, Telur Masin, Kerabu Udang Kerisik, Pedal Hati Ayam Masak Cili, Tempeh, Acar Buah, Acar Rampai and Jelatah.
* Oh! Jeruk such as Jeruk Kedondong, Jeruk Betik, Jeruk Cermai, Buah Pala, Jeruk Mangga Kuning, Jeruk Angur


International Appetizer of Garden Green, Asparagus with Turkey Ham and Pineapple Salsa, Lamb Salad with Mint and Chick Peas, Mixed Capsium and Beef Salad, Cajun and Soba Noodle with seaweed. Assorted Salad such as Hummus, Tabboleh, Warak Enab, Foul Madamas, Tauhu cub Indian Salad and Chickpeas Spicy Salad

Seafood On Ice of Green mussel, Tiger Prawn, Crabstick, Shallot Vinaigrette, Cocktail Sauce, Lemon wedges and Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette.

Bubur Lambuk Udang - with fried shallots, spring onion, leaf soup and slice bird chilli.

My plate of assorted locals: satay, nasi briyani, lemang with serunding ayam and daging, clams in Kam Heong sauce, lobster sambal from the nasi lemak stall and the all time claypot kari kepala ikan! Yummy! Heavenly!
