Some time ago, I woke up suddenly in the middle of the night with numbness in my hands and fingers. Oh dear, am I having a stroke? I panicked. So I quickly booked an appointment at OUG Chiropractic Clinic. This OUG Chiropractic Clinic is situated near Kampung Muhibbah LRT station, same row as Nathan's Corner and above the 24 hours BubbleLab self-laundry. I saw Dr. Simoi, a friendly chiropractor and very professional indeed. She explained to me in detail the process. and did dry-needling for faster healing. I am an impatient person, so of course faster the better.

I also had lower back and shoulder pain. So I was treated with spinal manipulation, press, twist and pull here and there. (Sorry, I am not good at body terms and specific scientific terms). I was reminded to put an ice pack on the sore area for 3 days. The first day after treatment, I felt muscle sore and tired. But after the third day, I felt so much better! 

The plus point here is we are not pressured to sign up for a fixed package that costs thousands of dollars. Just make the next appointment and you will be reminded of the date a day before by Whatsapp message. The prices here are reasonable, with the first assessment and treatment at RM120 and subsequent normal treatments at RM80, but of course, it also has to base on the type of treatments done at the time. 

 

Patients can also buy some related accessories such as elbow, neck, ankle, or knee guards, pain relief gels, rock tapes for muscles, hot and cold pads, and also portable pain management devices. It is easier to get it here as the doctors can personally explain and show us the correct way to use it.
